I think you'll find my opinion on Heitinga has never changed.
I didn't say you but well in ijjy lad. Have a gold star.

In all honesty I wanted Heitinga gone a while back because I thought he was shyte. But that was due to the fact he was playing that way. Now he's playing boss I obviously think he's good.

Heitinga, when playing like a **** and blasting off about how he'd be honoured to play for City/Bayern Munich = Sh*tehawk.

Heitinga, when playing like a baws and keeping his gob shut = Awesome.

Pretty simple.

Was awesome today. Loved when he raised the waving finger to say, "I'm not injured!!!!!!"

POY for me, decided as of today. Now he just needs to keep his game going until May.

He's superb, a real captain. He took control of Drenthe, when he didn't track back, he tells Jags to sit down and you can tell he's starting to feel the love.

So was he injured and about to be subbed before he said he was ok to carry on?

Or was Moyes gonna pull a masterstroke of putting Jags in defence and Johnny into mid to push Cahill back up front and johnny was like "nah bollocks to that i;m staying where i am".

I thought that too. He didn't seem to be injured at all beforehand; no sitting down, no limping, no wincing even. Unless I missed something.

Either way I love Heitinga these days. What a beast.

Hes been waiting for a proper run at Center back and he looks like he isent going to be shifted any time soon

Can't fault him Vina mate.

He's got everything but pace, but he — like Jags in his prime — reads the game so well it rarely matters.

Him and Distan where faultless today,Jags will have to fight for his place back which can only be good for the team

Just wonder what Moyes will do when Jags is fully fit?

When I see Johnny intercept a pass, crunch a mofo or play a precise pass out from the back I get a Heitingle in my ballsack.

I love Nikodem but he should be third choice until injuries dictate otherwise.
