While not pretty, 3 maybe 4 starters played today so Im not shattered. No Pickford, Tarkowski, Branthwaite, Mykolenko, Gana, Lindstrom/Ndiaye, and whoever we sign to play RB, or in attack. The second half was the youth/third string squad.

And what's wrong with that my son???

God bless.

P.S nice biblical quote 💙
After today's loss some on here are already doom and glooming...

Maybe the Book of Revelations is more applicale?

"And I heard a voice in the midst of the four beasts
And I looked, and behold a pale horse
And his name that sat on him was death,
and hell followed with him"

😱

We lost in Mancland 4-3 to Rochdale in pre-season 1969 just to give a little perspective, and we all know what happened that season!!!😉😂😂😂😉😂😂😂👍
What was the reaction to that result, was it acceptable to just brush it off as pre-season training or did people think Everton should have played better ?

Going to Preston next weekend with a few of the lads I always go the home games with, was hoping for some good thrusting football... beginning to think the highlight of the trip may be Preston Popworld!!!
