777/ACap are being accused of fraud by a British investment firm. That’s what’s going through the courts in New York at the moment. This is for around $700 million. Best result is a settlement can be reached between all parties and the case falls away. If it can’t and the fraud case ends up being taken on the FBI get involved. If Friedkin pays off the loan it may leave them open to the feds looking through their books.
