If it’s debt, we can pay it off against whatever the contract says. If it’s equity we could be on dodgy ground…….

The issue with 777 probably needs to be untangled by a finance and legal expert. Friedkin referred to risk - could it be that there are sanctioned individuals behind 777 meaning we can’t pay them off?!!!
