Just upgraded mine aswell, put on a second watercooling system, so now my crossfire HD 9670s are now watercooled, has reduced the temps from 80/90 degrees to max 60 and made the noise go from jet engine to non existant.
Also I play Star Wars: The old republic. 2 50's in all tier 2 gear minimum.
Nords, That graphics card is a bottleneck. As so many games are GPU dependent these days, you have shot yourself in the foot a bit. Beefy processor, bit gash on the GFX. It is like optioning a Ferrari, then getting cloth seats. To fully unlock the potential that system has, you need to slap in at least a GTX 560 Ti, or maybe move to one of the brand new AMD Radeon 7000 series GPU's.
(Not that the 555 is bad, per say, but your system is being held back a bit by that GPU)
Well aware bro.. Truth is, I will upgrade to a 560/ 580 once the cash flow is right... I had a strict budget at purchase.
Or no doubt the 6 series cards when Nvidia release them....
Good man, that card will serve you much better...especially if you're going down the BF3 route. I keep looking at SSD's every day but I just can't justify the price per GB and their questionable reliability.
