to be honest It was beautiful when i got up this morning so I had been out on my bike, done 13.5 miles and was home before 9am.....only thing was , on the way home it became dull, overcast and feckin icy cold, por me only had a t-shirt and a pair of shorts on ffs... the sea mist comes in so quickly round here you cant escape it....2 hours and a power shower later and im still cold to the bone ffs.

And that endeth this weeks Sunday Sermon. Go peacefully my children.
