The issue is that the rules are written so bloody wrong that it means it probably is a pen (by the rules), whereas for actual football fans, players etc. it isn't.

It's not deliberate, it's blasted at him from about a yard, his arm is where it should be, and importantly it doesn't really impact the play - yet it's a penalty.

And the pen was just bent! No other word for it. Decision to the home team from Oliver, just like our last game of the season against Arsenal.
