That'd be an easier sell if it was Everton buying a player and loaning to any club on the planet other than Roma.

That'd be an easier sell if it was Everton buying a player and loaning to any club on the planet other than Roma.

If the loan fee is around the same as the amortisation on his fee and he's a good gamble on developing into a decent player with a good resale fee and/or be expected to improve the squad of either Roma or Everton then what is the problem?

I know right, I hate it when they say "Premier League Club" Everton, it dilutes our standing in the game.

While we’re at it, can we get rid of the “Football Club” bit of our name? Cheapens our completely unique history and heritage to be associated with all those other teams that belong to the homogenous pile of “football clubs”.
