Right, so why not sell him for 30m then? Why not 20m? Those are both far more than we paid for him.

Because hes worth far more than that and again, if we can sell him for 80m next year why would Friedkin okay selling him for 50m this season and miss out on the extra 30m?

They also ripped us off for their record goal-scorer...they can koff. I'd wager he made them more thank 50M profit over time, the snively little rat-faced gits.

Very much this, they chose to make an insulting offer which will have hardened our resolve. Their brexiteer plastic burning scumbag owner and their grotty fans can jog right on.

On top of which if we sold him this summer we could miss on further money for league places.
