If PSG come in for him then yes, I'd expect a high bid. Also, they have a number of players to include in a potential deal. They typically overhaul a few positions each season or bring in support so one or two opportunities.
In France, Wahi (who we were previously linked with) at Lens could be a good DCL replacement, Doue at Rennes for left wing and Cherki at Lyon woule be ace in attacking midfield.

Hayden Hackney looks like another good option, playing well for Middlesbrough and is playing for England U21's and linked to Spurs/West Ham and only should cost £12-15m. Then we get Phillips on loan as Gomes replacement that would be good business for me.
He’s in the Belgium team and was excellent v England. No body is looking good in a dyche midfield,if the remit is just to run and try and pressure the opposition
