But they could remove all the ridiculously high interest bearing loans on day one saving us tens of millions in interest every year, improving the PSR position, which could be used on another loan for Dele.

I would hope that the new debt (MSP, 777) was appropriately assigned as related to the stadium, removing it from the PSR calculation, and freeing up more money for the Dele loan.

I am afraid we will have to sell at least 2-3 top players & buy cheaper to keep onside of the FFP .... plus get the deadbeats on high wages off our books' Deli Ali Keane etc ..... Maupay loaned back out etc .....

Any new owner its going to be hopefully the correct juggling act .....

Dele Ali’s loan finishes at the end of the month Joey, so strike him off your list.

CJ from Reggie Perrin. If only for his farting chair.

It was never a loan - it was a signing - £10 million then going up in £10 millions to the cost of 40 million on appearances in blocks of £10 million - hence we only paid 10 million far too much - great deal BK .....

We didn’t pay a down payment, yes it worked out bad for us as he didn’t play and probably cost 10mil in wages. We didn’t pay 10mil down payment
