Used to watch it the night before going to ibiza every year.
Fall Guy - If you don't like this you're a tedious bore who's allergic to fun and doesn't deserve nice things.
Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time - I knew it was going to be bad, and it was probably about as terrible as you would expect. Script/tone is a bit all over the place - some characters are in a serious action film, but Alfred Molina's character seems to be in some Life of Brian pastiche. Also not sure why Jake Gyllenhaal, an American playing a Persian, is using an English accent. Some of the effects with the dagger were quite cool tho. Oh, and the weird guy from Coupling is actually quite good as the Prince/King!

Gave the kids the choice to watch this or BTTF at the cinema yesterday. They chose BTTF after giving the trailer a gander.

where the crawdads sing (Netflix)
Despite being nominated for various awards it is totally flawed from the off which did annoy me, however, it is also a perfect rainy afternoon watch with an interesting ending - give it a go.

Star Trek II - Wrath Of Khan
Excellent. Ricardo Montalban hits the bullworker, goes full Peter Stringfellow then puts mind control slugs in people's ears.
Star Trek III - The Search For Spock
Excellent. Christopher Lloyd plays the baddie so you end up with a Klingon that sounds like Doc Emmett Brown. And you get to see Kirk's swinging bachelor pad at the start of what is obviously gonna be a massive space cocaine party until Spock's dad comes along and puts a massive downer on things.

Excellent. Spock knocks out a middle aged fat punk and then goes swimming with whales in short shorts. Kirk gets completely friend-zoned at the end.

Currently rewatching the Xmen saga, but this makes me want to do Star Trek next.
