tbf mate, it doesn't really matter how any supporter comes up with whatever deduction we get. There's no real rhyme or reason to what these independent panels are doing other than what is 100% abundantly clear is -

1. They're he'll bent on damaging the name of Everton Football Club
2. They're giving it their best shot to relegate us

Yes they did argue for 8. Saying thiers was worse than ours and as we got 6 forest should get 8...

They got 2 back for admitting the breach and resolving in a timely manner, thereby avoiding the circus of last season where the relegated clubs were threatening to sue us and/or the Premier League for not hearing the case in time.
