6 + 2 Point Deductions

Can't wait to see Carra wearing a pot noodle wig on sky sports courtroom pointing at a big picture of shagger silk stirring his coffee with a biro while he says "it's a pen latte. All day long"

I know. I'm sorry. It won't happen again
I would deffo subscribe.

If we could half a close season trial window. Is there still time to get a points reduction before the gavel slams down? And we're live at courtroom no.1.

8th April our second one should be heard by. Any appeal can take us a week after the season ends, but will surely be sorted by then. If they havent already agreed it all, with a nod and a wink.

Forests is today and tomorrow. Wonder how its going?!

Question is who going to buy them if a lot of teams are trying to do the same thing, supply and demand, when their is ,ore supply then demand, your into a depressed market and depreciation.

PL are stupid.
Not totally sure on this but I think that a club buying a player on June 30 would only “spend” one day of amortisation in that financial year. So (if I’m right) although a lot of clubs are in the “need to sell by June 30” position this year there will still be buyers as it does very little damage to your numbers for this year.

In fact even if all the must sell clubs just do deals among themselves it would sort itself out as buying one and selling one at the same price does far more good than harm to the year end number. PSR deadline day might become busier than transfer deadline day.

no way would that have been heard any time soon, so we'd have been long relegated by that time, with all the associated damage. That's what the PL is relying on, that seasons end and people won't go to court.

What they haven't considered is teams who won't be relegated by their deductions, who have very little to lose in taking them and their rules to court. A team like Villa could bring it all down
You may find that Eve

If it’s a proper court you may find that Everton would get their points back.( innocent until proved guilty) scenario in the first place.
This would have been thrown out I reckon and the premier league would have gone away with their tail firmly between legs. You have employment law etc. It becomes a lot more serious then.
This whole fiasco is disgusting.

I think we get 4 points deducted for the second charge, just thinking logically....

Any breach is 6 points, given the result of our appeal...
We have been punished for 2/3rds of that which is 2 points...
A further 2 points added as our position has not improved resulting in a second breach...
Which conveniently gets us back to 10 points!

But ultimately it is just guesswork but it`ll be interesting to see what Forest get punished.
