We should’ve made more of a fuss about the former West Ham director who was one of the three on the original ten points deduction. He was at West Ham when they got away with a fine for the Tevez thing (which kept them up), and he was on the board at the time who issued a statement saying “wrong to punish the fans.”
Get Laurence rabinowitz up top til the end of the season. He can't be any worse and he kind of owes us for his dismal showing at the appeal hearing. I hope his fee was performance related.

Yeah if I was Forest I don't know how I could see this as positive. Something it also *should* confirm is that City and Chelsea will 100% be relegated at the very least. I know that none of us truly know what other club's charges are but we do know those 3 are far worse than ours, City and Chelsea by magnitudes. PL have now established that charges = points deduction. Even if City are for example guilty of only 60, which is optimistic, and say each one only gets a 1 point deduction, you'd follow my logic here to say they're obviously down along with Chelsea., whenever it is that they resolve that nonsense.
Ultimately today is a good day for Everton but a really bad mistake by the PL, in my opinion they should've legitimately embraced the dodgy nature of this league and leave us off, all they've done now is made a rod for their own backs when they have to basically expel the league's two most recent European champions and the winners of like 9 of the last 10 league titles. They've now created a retroactive shameful period of the 2010s, they will have to ignore this period where the PL arguably became the greatest league of all time, in terms of fanbases, revenue, transfers, etc.
Ultimately I only truly care about Everton and this means we will almost certainly stay up but yeah baffling from the PL and if I were a fan of any other clubs that could be involved in this I'd be terrified.
I don't see it being more than 8 points for any club though, because they won't want to give a higher penalty than admin

It won't be, Forest will be deducted so naturally we'll be done too.
I wanted more than that obviously but its hard to know whether the club should be happy or not if you're not a lawyer who is well read on these things even though everyones apparently an expert now. 10 points always seemed very harsh just because of the punishments for other things that you could measure it against but if we have breached then we have to get punished for it and as long as the punishments are consistent I can accept it.
Even if it was true ours was all transfers it's still only 19.5m over. I'm on about the total breach.
