If you'd played it in hard mode (where you have to use all letters found) you might have got it. It sort of forces you to think more and sometimes it just appears. Look how close you were after your second attempt.

I have found that when you are looking at agent nouns it’s better to try to eliminate as many letters as possible. You might have 3 lines left but over a dozen possible variations. This is the first time it has let me down.
