I dont see how this is the caseSo apparently the appeal can only have 2 out comes either all 10 back or non back, non of this 5 or 6
The severity of a punishment is often reduced on appeal

They didn't use that calculation. It all depends on the breach. I mean if the rumours are correct which is what 49m over, then using the calculation they used for us… that’s a massive points deduction. Like 20 odd points isn’t it.
I do, i think we get 4 points back and 6 remain for the admitted breach.Well, we pleaded guilty, so I assume we are appealing the 10 points rather than our guilt.
10 points is just a silly amount they plucked out the air.
I think we get some back, personally.
Yeah I assume the appeal board can do what they like and all options are open.I dont see how this is the case

Do you have a source for this?So apparently the appeal can only have 2 out comes either all 10 back or non back, non of this 5 or 6
It wouldn’t really be a massive admission of failure or be seen as one to reduce the sanction. A reduction in the sanction would be part of the normal ebb and flow of these things. The sanction on Wednesday was halved on appeal.…..I really don’t see any adjustment to our penalty unless the PL announce a total re-booting of their FFP rules. It would be a massive admission of failure by the PL.
I’d be overwhelmingly surprised if our -10 doesn’t remain in place. My biggest concern is what happens with the 2nd charge.
Bit like the 10th August minutes....Yeah I assume the appeal board can do what they like and all options are open.
If there was some weird all or nothing rule it would have to be in the PL hand book and I’m sure it would be known by now.
This is my question too. Is there any way that we just get a reduction of points but then dont have to worry about the second charge.
