I've been told I need to collect it at the post office tomorrow mate. I'll let you know what he said once I've played the cassette tape on my hi fi.Delivered to whom mate?
I think he means the minutes from some meeting that the DCMS told Masters to handover and he has got until tomorrow to do it.Delivered to whom mate?
Would we even know if they had already been delivered?I think he means the minutes from some meeting that the DCMS told Masters to handover and he has got until tomorrow to do it.
Highly unlikely imo, I doubt it's the sort of thing that will get leaked.Would we even know if they had already been delivered?
Knowing Royal mail it will probably be late.I've been told I need to collect it at the post office tomorrow mate. I'll let you know what he said once I've played the cassette tape on my hi fi.
I mean, it is true, it LITERALLY says that in the commission report. No idea what you are on about, and it doesnt seem to be about my post which just has to do with "approval". I mean you can find a new straw man to beat down, but lets actually talk about the think that was being talked about. The fact the commission says the agreement "imposed certain obligations on Everton, one of which was to obtain the Premier League’s approval of purchases of new players."I mean its not even true.
The Premier League said "Dont spend any more money or you will breach", Everton said "Nar bruv, we wont, we need a new midfield".......

Imposed = Forced
Obtain = Get, acquire, secure
Approval = the feeling that something is good or acceptable/ OR agreement to, or permission for something etc
Everton were forced to get(or secure), permission or agreement from the premier league for every purchase. To say the league just acknowledged the purchases is sheer nonsense, as this is what they do for every club, and so there wouldnt be a need to have a special agreement that FORCED Everton to do what...........they always do and everyone always does. Definitions of these words are reallllllllly easy to come by, so not knowing what they mean is hardly an excuse. In the case of legal language, accepted definitions are the core of contracts and agreements in any court.
Kenwright and Moshiri and the rest of them were full of BS and incompetence. So is the league. More than 2 things in this world are true.
"Government approves department budget" apparently now just means they acknowledge someone wants it, and then later just say they never approved the amount and the department is in trouble.
Here he is...Huytons Hemingway.you think we’re getting them back?
Thinking of getting a replica shirt with just a letter Y on the back. What do you think? Risky?if such a waiver did exist, it doesn’t get referenced in the commission’s judgement document.
They state that their rejection of the offsetting of the loans, is based on their review of the actual terms relating to those loans. (specifically excluding use for the stadium)
There is also mention of Everton failing to sell Player Y, despite having assured the Prem that they would do so. This was taken as evidence, that in not doing so, Everton had mislead the Prem.
Do we know who player Y is ?

Think we're all still in the dark my sweet.
