1 win in 8, do you think he survives when that is 1 in 11? 1 in 16? 1 in 20?

Or is he now exempt from any type of bad form? He now has a free pass does he? Even without the points deduction 27 gets you relegated...
I think it's been discussed before, but I'm not sure we have anyone with clear command or remit for decision making at the moment. I've stopped paying attention to the takeover, but it seemed murky about chain of command whilst ongoing.

'he has no attacking game plan'

That's a completely reactionary statement. Creating the most chances with a full squad and limiting most chances we've had in years. People are losing their minds since Doucoure has got injured and Gana has left for AFCON. Stating things that just aren't true.
Fulham H - 2 shots on target
Spurs A - 8 shots on target
Man City H - 2 shots on target
Wolves A - 0 (Zero) shots on target
Palace A - 3 shots on target
Villa H - 2 shots on target
Palace H - 5 shots on target
Luton H - 2 shots on target

8 games - 22 shots on target, 5 goals
A shot on target every 33 minutes......

Outstanding!

The signs are there in the last 8 games that we have fallen back to where we were at the start of the season. 5 points behind Brentford and 7 behind Fulham, at this rate the 10 points back will take us to where we are now, that is how bad our form has been....

Too many giving Dyche or any manager (I remember the idiots that wanted to keep Frank because we can`t keep sacking managers!!!!) a free pass to be as poor as he likes, those people have the club they wanted!!!

NSNO is well and truly dead and our own fans are the ones driving that death wanting to keep everything mediocre.....

In theory it should be the DOF making these sort of decisions but somehow I think others tend to get involved at EFC when it comes to this stuff.

He isn't going to be sacked. Nor should we be even considering another managerial search at a period when we have no leadership.

But he is an extremely average and limited manager. And his game plan yesterday was shambolic for a coach at this level. He deserves criticism for the last few weeks, and he is a poor manager at this level IMO, but we aren't going to sack him. There is no one even in charge to appoint a new manager.
The second a new owner takes over that should be the 1st thing changed, make a statement about where the new owners want to take the club, with an ambitious and attacking manager!

Yeah that's true, if for example something happened and Dyche went I imagine Moshiri would just let Thelwell get on with it rather than putting forward any daft suggestions and there is no Bill to interfere anymore.
If it is left to Thelwell I`m sure, for once, we`d have a good appointment because it would be very very hard to do worse than the previous 3 appointed.

Stop comparing him to the utter clowns of Lampard and Benitez.

Dyche has a squad with the 10th highest wage bill. That's the benchmark. And little long forgotten purple patch apart he's miles off.

Well there were some stories at the time that his preferred pick was Corberan who is about as opposite from Dyche as it gets but Corberan had not long signed for WBA and didn't want to do the dirty on them. It suggests that possibly he might go for much more of a head coach type rather than a manager type if given the option.
