Thought they should have asked why the PL recommended a 12 point deduction last year before the independent panel had even sat.

Yep, key word 'suggested'. But they cannot suggest anything to an independent panel so our good lawyer ought to be able to see that we get nowhere near 50% as high a punishment as we've already been given.

Hopefully we can receive 4 points back and then get a 2 point penalty (which would be 33% of total first breach's points penalty) for this latest breach.
