How can they make any decision at all in 2 weeks in that case? Why’s this date been put out there?

Not sure, I already said it seems like a tight timeframe. All these calculations are non-GAAP/IFRS as well, you wouldn't be able to take the audited numbers for computation. There would be add backs and they'd all need to be tested/validated.

So if we get another points deduction on the 15th, we can automatically appeal it on the basis that they must’ve just guessed and made it up?

They need to review 20 sets of accounts. They’ll have questions. Two weeks actually seems like a tight timeframe.

Just mentioned this in the MSP thread, but MSP investors have been told by the Club that they believe the deduction will be reduced to 6 points.

We're probably conditioned now into treating any points back as a bit of a relief but truth be told 6 points would still be an absolute travesty.

No. We can’t let this become normalised. It’s still a completely disproportionate penalty.

We must continue to kick and scream about this, but no doubt our fanbase will bend over and be grateful and sink back into the usual malaise, enabling them to do whatever the hell they want to us going forward.

Knowing our slick legal and financial departments, the commission were probably thinking 5 points back. We’ve done Masters job for him by leaking expectations.
