Aluminum is actually the original name. Aluminium was preferred by the scientific community as it souned more Latin, so was changed.

Only if the salt is in a miniature bottle with a hole punched in the lid. Otherwise, how could you salt your beer? You may not be in Houma, but it's still too humid without the rice even where you're at.
