I don't really call that being caught out myself. He can't teleport.
I don’t either but you’ll get some who will argue that he left all the space for Mudryk etc and shouldn’t have committed.

Whereas Young was done several times while he wasn’t overlapping. Which isn’t me criticising him. Just pointing out that’s happened to both of them against a stupidly fast winger.

Patterson should have started with Young ahead of him in my view as I said before the game.

Young gets slaughtered for being old if Mudryk breezes past him like he did Patterson. The double standards are unreal on this forum.

Why are you posting this in the middle of a great defensive performance by him is my question. Random or agenda, I'll let the crowds decide.

I've had to stop coming on here...

It's hilarious

There's a wee band of about half a dozen people that have clearly taken a dislike to Patterson for non-footballnig reasons

I've never seen the likes of it on any other football forum

The lad was voted the second best player in the team on the BBC yet again (pretty much gets voted into near the top every game despite being a sub)

If only the people on here attempting to drag him down realised how totally out of touch they are with the rest of the Everton support

Also, how totally irrelevant their comments are in the grand scheme of things

People calling for a loan before anyone else has been brought in is mind boggling

We'd be left with a couple of players who can barely play a game without needing a month out
