Tarkowski is irrelevant to whether or not it’s a penalty.

It’s a penalty, he sticks his leg out like a sausage and Martial rightfully allows his leg to make contact.

I don't think that's a "clear and obvious" error... no chance. It's fine if he gave it on the pitch but the attacker has played for it, left his leg hanging, it's a 75% pen, which should defo stick with the ref's decision.

Not a clue why Young is poking his foot out though.
