We will definitely be appealing to promoters. We will have better hospitality also.Don’t know about ‘moved’ but I do believe it will an aspirational location to add to a tour itinerary.
Certainly over the cabbage patch.

This just goes to show you've got your head buried in the sand... it's no secret that all the money MSP and Andy Bell invested went straight to the stadium project and that 777 have already committed north of £40million, purely to the project.
It's not negativity, it's fact.
And your argument over concerts is dumb... those other stadia might be close to housing and neighbourhoods but, they are already acceptable to the promoters... and that's the point, already accepted. You can't just throw another half a dozen stadium concerts into the calendar, there aren't the acts and the weather comes into play as the calendar would need to be expanded into the difficult-to-predict times of the year.
Try talking to a promoter and see if I'm wrong.

Would imagine any contract with them would either be match day only (and available to tender for events) or have a separate provision for non match day events. To be fair, the licensing for concerts a Anfield will have to be renewed, and it faced plenty of opposition on its first pass, so much so that they had to introduce limits. If there is another, more suitable location, such as BMD, the license will have even less chance of passing. It is little coincidence that they only started hosting concerts once we had announced our stadium.
We will have to change our approach if we want to make much money on these events though. Promoters pay a flat fee, they set the ticket price and take the profit. Sodexho currently do all our F&B and will take the profit off that. Not sure what the fee is for a stadium rental, but its not going to be game changing at the rate they'll be at.
Where's the statement from this incompetent buffoon?

Allan, Doucoure, JamesOn Talksport, they said that he admitted spending money the club wasn't allowed to spend as 'the midfield was non existent'. Who was this money, which has caused so much damage, spent on....Iwobi, Gbamin, Gomes? What a (sad) mess.
