I thought the point of the Premier League's P&S rules was to try to stop any club going bust by spending beyond their means?

A club breaks a rule and the result is to effectively relegate them and in all likelihood scrub them from existence within 5 years?

It was said in around May/June something like that, that there can be no points deduction any more against teams - that was in an official report via some official website - problem is i cant remeber where the heck it is to put here lol I think it will be a fine if anything, with maybe a small ban on buying players if anything

Must be more then a tax issue if the PL have recommended a 12 point deduction.

The worry will be the inevitable compromise, which would be 3 to 6. They aren't getting 12.
