Yep, think I’ll watch it again. This time with a pad so I can take notesI managed about half an hour, will have to give it another go and leave my phone in another room
Just finished the 3 episodes of The Continental on Prime.
Very good, bit suprised they went with 3 x 80m episodes rather than longing it out with 6 x 40m ones or whatever. Was more like 3 feature films.
Preferred it to JW 3, haven’t bothered with the 4th one yet as I’m hearing it’s a bit meh.
Fair play to you bud, a crowded bus/train does my head in these days, let alone a room full of strangers..Just finished The Crowded Room. Started off well but halfway through I nearly gave up, glad I stuck with it though cos it was decent in the end.
Agree, watched it 3 times now, could have probably done it in 6 episodes instead of 7 though. Like an A to Z of English actors and nice to see former Soap stars getting chance to work in something worth while. The Long Shadow ( ITV )
Seven part dramatisation of the Ripper attacks in West Yorkshire.
Got to be one of the best crime dramas ITV have ever done.
They`ve gone at it from a different angle, really covering the personal stories of the women who were murdered, mixed with the Police investigation and with no appearance of the Ripper, until episode 6.
Superb writing, with a standout cast - Toby Jones, David Morrisey, Lee Ingleby, Daniel Mays, Katherine Kelly.
Outstanding.
Mondays at 9pm.
I'm glad to see you watching something a bit lighterThe Long Shadow ( ITV )
