We need to start with Garner and Onana in my view but I just can’t see Dyche doing that. All the evidence from games this season is that he will shoehorn Gana in.

Think Liverpool have some injuries don’t they? But still would expect them to be too strong for us. But it is a free hit really. I doubt many genuinely expect us to get anything.
Lol they beat us with their under 18s a few years back.. Think they could play Maupay and beat us.

As always in this fixture its mentality, go there with a defeatist mentality by the players or manager and they will steamroller us.

Go to win, play to win, if they beat us i can take that but i cant take a negative defeatist approach.
Nearly all teams who get something there are the teams that play without fear.

For the last couple of decades we have been beat before the team bus has arrived at the ground.

I've no doubt mentality plays a role but it's mostly down to the fact they have very good players and we don't.

No doubt about it they have, but many a poor team have gone there and got results because of how they've approached the game.

Sitting back they will eventually break us down just like Arsenal did and then we don't have answers but to launch it.
We must score first to get anything from the game.

McAllister, Nunez & Diaz all played 90mins in south america on wednesday morning

Read one of their forums this week and saw a few saying mcallister was poor after his last int break, so he may come out for that Endo

Watched them against wolves and they had McAllister infront of the back four and he was poor but if they ping up further forward he will cause us issues. He’s a player him. The pace worries me and I just pray we don’t do what we did against Arsenal.

For once going to the whacky warehouse I think there’s no pressure on us given they are expected to pump us just be nice to turn up and beat them for once and with our worst side in years

Of the reasons for optimism I can see, are the away form having been better; and also Dyche showing at Villa that he was capable of coming up with a tactical plan to outwit a specific opposition.

Here’s hoping he has more surprises up his sleeve here.

Play at the same level we did Brentford Villa (cup) and Bournemouth and we get something in my view.

Think this is more winnable then people are making out, not saying we will but I genuinely wouldn't be surprised if we scored a couple

Our attacking form with a fit and firing roster is pretty good. They have not been as good defensively, they can be gone through, especially with Robbo out.

Having actual wingers playing in their natural positions is huge. Myko has shown that he can stay with Salah for 90 minutes and he can concentrate on that assignment if we've got the attacking lineup in.

I think we can outscore these if we go at them, especially if we score first. If we bunker we'll get shredded.

Can't believe I'm saying it but there it is. Hope to see the same attacking lineup.

I'm predicting an early Everton red card for a nothing tackle (coupled with some Oscar winning play acting). Also nailed on for a dodgy penalty to try to 'even up' for the spurs game. This game to be one of the most one sided refereeing performances of all time (only without the 2 weeks of pure fume in the media).

This fixture usually is the most one sided referee performances. I can reel off a few shockers down the years where we tend to get sweet FA from refs here.

Mac Allister as a makeshift #6 is a plus for us also - we're definitely better off with him there than further forward.

I think I'll stfu now before I jinx it any more...
