Kenwright, Moshiri, subordinates at the club who placate them, the media for refusing to acknowledge clear issues and the people responsible, managers and players and elements of the fan base who have obnoxiously defended this regime especially Bill Kenwright.
Collective responsibility has turned the club into a also ran to say the least.
No genuine big club tolerates even half the rubbish that has transpired here. You can’t be taken seriously if you say Everton is a big club, a great club and then proceed to cherry pick the issues and the people responsible or even defend what has led the club to not being what you proclaim it is.

I think if someone was given full unfiltered access to what has gone on here and report it, there would be a ton of anger.
I suspect some conflict of self interest with certain fans that they won’t admit to but without the full evidence such as private correspondence, it would be futile.
