Player Valuation: £120m
Farhad Moshiri joined Everton in February ‘16 and the £millions wasted on personnel who took lots out but put little in is a testament to the failure of his tenure.

Players acquired for more than their worth, failed managers and coaches, Board members, DOFs, ordinary personnel on extraordinary contracts largely unable to shift. Failures significantly outweigh the successes, the shameful Moshiri years.

Thought it might be an idea to capture the litany of waste in a single thread;

J P Gbamin, purchased £25m, 5 year contract, played 6 games;

Baffling that you use the 1 player who's career was ruined by injury.

Nobody has any idea how he would have played for us and is probably the 1 unknown in the whole Moshiri era.

That game Benitez started him in at Wolves.. looked like he’d never even watched a game of football, let alone played in one. Not a stretch to imagine he was going to be yet another dud tbh.

Tosun was probably the worst though, the guy wasn’t a Prem player in a million years.

At that point he hadnt played football for nearly 2 years.

I just think this 1 has gotta be chalked off to very bad luck.

When there are about 30 examples to use, this 1 seemed a weird 1 to start with.

But at the end of the day, he was a huge waste of money.
