As someone who basically thinks social media influencers are all harmful, can you give me a couple of people who I could point my students* towards for some positive mental health guidance?

Nice one chieftain some kind words there You have to know what you're looking for first of all as they're some low key diamonds out there across social media platforms but many will have certain target audiences. What got me into neo-paganism was I had a spiritual experience that I couldn't easily explain away but what drew me to delve into it further was the spiritual lifestyle. My video content started as predominantly basic fitness/healthy mind and body as I do a good amount of training and thought it would be a fun little side hobby as I cba with football as much these days.

The content is slowly evolving into other areas like healthy eating, philosophy, meditation/reiki, motivation talks etc. but I wouldn't say I am an influencer - leader/wise man maybe but end of the day anyone can have a positive effect on the world if they choose to do so - you don't need a PHD to take time out to promote positive thinking.

Make no mistake the biggest harm to my zen is this place at times. I was having a catch up pint with an old bluenose who reads GOT and he was laughing over some of the comments aimed towards me on ere and said something like "FB why do you still post on there you dont get paid to take daily abuse lad" but what he doesn't understand is haters are your biggest fans. Truth be told FB92 is an albatross around my neck as it does nothing for my social media profile or what I want to achieve long term.



I dislike both of those individuals mate... but I respect how they've turned the one subscriber into millions.

Thats the goal for me - but my end game is one of positivity as if I can help people with their personal problems, enhance and motivate them to become better people then it'll all be worth it. Long term I would love to generate enough revenue for a foundation for either neglected animals and/or underprivileged kids in society.
