Because it costs money to sack managers/staff and that is money we no longer have, even if we have learnt some lessons from past disasters and supposedly capped Dyche’s possible pay-off at maximum one year. There was a report a while back (possibly the Guardian, possibly the Athletic) saying in the Moshiri era we have spent an estimated £60m compensating sacked managers, coaches and a DoF. It is a direct measure of our dysfunction.
But that's a fairly bold claim to say it isn't going to happen. Right?

It would be cheaper to sack him than get relegated. They would be reluctant but if we are bottom after 10 games with about 5 points, it will happen.
