It’s been in the press on a near daily basis for the last 2 months, all reputable sources have said what the situation is so what sense would it make for it to be a smokescreen?

You can imagine our add on's to the likes of City, they give a million for every trophy we give a tenner when we find an Everton player from a throw in, we still havent ayed out an add on in 3 seasons

There will be various add ons. There's no chance it's just appearance related or there'd be situations were teams won't pick players. Pretty sure rangers used to do it a lot, didn't they not play someone because they'd us money... Was it Ball?
