The Oldies Thread

Don't know how or why on earth this entered my mindset but how may of us used to indulge in the "Businessman's Lunch"?
I recall going to a Chinese restaurant in Church Street I think, where you went downstairs to the dining area. Late sixties early seventies a set meal of starter usually chicken and sweetcorn soup followed by a curry of some sorts. Didn't matter if it was beef, chicken or pork all tasted the same. A set price for just over a quid. As the name suggests available between noon and two.
