Did he? Im not even sure we had the money to bid. Maybe he doesnt want to play in the Championship or possibly has a clause?

They supposedly have a deal in place that he can leave the club on loan of noone will buy him, in the event they were relegated (like lots of the Leeds squad had).

Nope. Still long-term problems with that. If we do that, only three of those players would actually belong to us: a 38 year old, a good young talent and an absolute bag of crap that we won't be able to ship out to anyone.
