Indeed, and the clubs development retained all of the existing listed parts and allowed for it to be reinstated at any point in the future. The dock, its walls still exist. As does the building in question……

Well thats that sorted then. Knock it down coz some dude on the interwebz cant see the point of it. It was attitudes like that that demolished thousands of black and white Tudor buildings in the 50s, 60 and 70s.

Yeah the walls are still there apart from the holes we’ve put in them. Could’ve dismantled the tower carefully so it could be restored brick by brick when we move grounds again.

The hydraulic tower and dock retaining walls are Grade II listed buildings.

That's the historical aspect out of the way.

Unesco and all other quango related nonsense has naff all to do with it.
