I don’t even know why we are having a conversion like this at all when BMD is probably about 60% complete. It’s just an intellectual, theoretical discussion when we could discuss more pragmatic things.

What would you rather discuss?

Yep, mainly by companies who’ve been working on the stadium, they got first dibs.

Also told they’re up there with the best in the world.

Shame our oligarch lord won’t be able to pitch up like that Swedish billionaire did at the albert dock…. For now.

Also baffled how that massive boat got there? Don’t see an entrance big enough.

It would take a bit of careful piloting, but the dock entrance is probably 1.5/2 meters wider.

The baffling question is why take it there in the first place?

That is consistent with what the steward of my local club says. 3 days.

i would be very surprised if they have real ale (cask) in any ground, lagers and bitters are ok, because they can be moved to restaurants or any function room,

I think there's safety issues with them: people can get their fingers trapped in them.

It says in the planning docs they are designed to be small enough to avoid people trapping their fingers in them.

Don't like the look of them, prefer if they perforated will give it some interest. Also though they were whole pieces, dint like them as they are looks odd. Just hope they don't tarnish in years to come down there due to the harsh weather invironment.
