When we were kids, one Christmas Day my brother spent hours relentlessly nagging my Dad for a puff of one of the cigars he'd bought for the festive season. It was really tedious, but once my Dad finally cracked and gave him a puff, he spent the rest of the day coughing his lungs up, which was poetic justice if I've ever seen it.

Bit of a mixed bag, that Christmas Day.

But tiny particulate matter in the lungs is tiny particulate matter in the lungs - no matter what the delivery system is...just sayin like.

Quit years ago purely down to having a constant cough, was on 20 a day. Vapes had just come out, glued to them for about 6 months but the cough and chest was far worse so quit that. Bought one of those nicorette sticks / inhalers, done the trick perfectly, done about a month on that and stoped all nicotine.

After starting when I was 16 as a ‘full blown smoker’ which I did until final year uni (4 years). Then turned social smoke - only puffing when having a drink (8 years). Calling it quits in September. Giving myself final summer of schofield’ing then that’s it.

I think if you can pack the gear in this should be easier.

Although anyone that’s done both knows fags are far more addictive than gear. Done my time with them , enjoy the summer then quits with no guava/watermelon/pink Floyd/blue razz vapes. All in.

£2.50 where i am for a pack of 20.

Switched from marlboro reds to lights a year or so ago. Will aim to lower down to a handful a day and take it from there...

What im lost on are vapes. Theres something afoot when people dont suddenly have major health issues after a month or two smoking...but there seems to be a number of vapers who have really messed up insides.

Tried a vape last night when i was hammered, mango flavour. Was ok but wouldnt ask for more.

Seems like a ticking time bomb.
