I don't know, Simms for last 15 minutes with crosses flying in from all angles and he could well get on the end of something. He finished well enough at Chelsea when there was little time remaining.

Why do you think he hasn`t played there before?

Well considering this week he said in an interview playing right mid last match was his first time ever playing there, I am not sure playing him at right-back in a clutch game is really the answer...

This is what I`m expecting from that line up, hopefully we don`t sit too deep and we are able to control the game and get ourselves up the pitch and get our wing backs nice and high.

Did Dyche ever play 3-5-2 at Burnley? Pretty sure they were always 4-4-2 most seasons so it's very curious he's switched to that formation when he could've done it in April just to get Coady back in the team (given he played very well in that system for Wolves for last 5 years).

It does feel like a move to get a clean sheet at all costs today.

Yeah, it’s awful but I’m not mad. Coady maybe a gobby kopite, but he is a proper professional. Can see why he’d be on the pitch. Holgate literally cried on TV at Goodison a couple of weeks ago. I wouldn’t wish a relegation causing clanger on him. He’s not a man for this sort of cauldron given his recent form.
