What's this I've heard today from someone who's been told, that the stadium work has ground to a halt as apparently an instalment due next week can't be met.

They must have been working today as a favour to Everton, give them a little freebie day.

I heard they were selling the cladding on the dock road outside on the sly and if you go to Crosby and Ince woods all the houses have got new roofs
