When we had four games to go everyone was saying we’ll need either four or six points from Wolves and Bournemouth and had written off the Brighton and City games. Well we took 3 points at Brighton so we are ahead of where the majority of us expected, me included.

Everyone knew that we needed a miracle to save us.

That happened at Brighton!

If we need to get something from Bournemouth we are down, it simply cannot go to that game, our home form is dreadful..... especially against a team like Bournemouth who are lightning on the counter attack.

Be in no doubt, if they had wanted or needed to rip us a new hole in the second half they could have. Suited them to let us faff about with the ball aimlessly.

But gives Dyche the ability to tell the players they stayed in the game, heads didn’t go down etc. Made it feel an almost dignified attempt against the best team on the planet. Might even get away with him not using the word “noise” for once.
