I'm giving MOTM to an unsung hero who probably had the toughest job on the pitch. Step forward Nathan Patterson. Many a RB has been torn apart this season by Mitoma. But apart from the first 15 mins you wouldn't have even have known he was on the pitch.

Such a tough choice for MoTM.

Pickford showing why he is England’s Number 1.
Patterson. Just unreal. Had Mitoma in his pocket all game and gave it everything.
Tarkowski. Absolutely solid and led the line incredibly well.

But it has to be McNeil. Not sure what needs said. All over the place. Good goals. Integral in another. Attacked, defended, pressed. Real quality performance.

I was worried for Patterson during the first 20 as Mitoma had his number. He certainly grew into the game and was fantastic.
