My worry is Onana. I dont think hes putting the effort in. I remember his first few games the beast box to box. Now hes met the likely lads at Everton hes in cruise mode.

I can see us getting maybe 4 points from the games after Leicester but can’t see us being safe with just 32 points. The Leicester game is our biggest games in years. The future of our club depends on it. No pressure

The record for lowest points needed to survive was set by West Bromwich Albion in their "Great Escape" season of 2004-05, when the Baggies beat the drop in the last few minutes of the season to stay up with just 34 points.

The bookies are officially more clued up than most (ok, Arsenal Home etc) and they have Leicester at evens, Everton at 3/1 and the draw at 3/1.

Probably because Leicester have a lot of dynamism and skill going forward, whereas our lot just sort of charge cluelessly toward the penalty area like B&W video of a 1920's FA Cup Final.
here you go - I think this is fanciful but......

Leicester v Everton tips: Monday Night Football best bets and preview

Leicester host Everton in a huge Premier League relegation six-pointer on Monday night. James Cantrill fancies a big long shot to come good.

This is a huge fixture at the foot of the Premier League table.
As it stands, there are four teams all with a chance of ending up in the relegation zone come the end of May, assuming Southampton will remain bottom.
There are two points between Everton in 19th and Leeds in 16th, with the former on 28.
The Toffees faithful are resigned to the fact they will be playing in the second tier next season following their 4-1 thumping against Newcastle on Thursday.
I do not think it is as cut and dry though. Victory on Monday would lift them above Leicester, and potentially out of the relegation zone, depending on other results.

I do not think Leicester's price of even money is justified.
Their victory last weekend against Wolves ended a winless run stretching back to mid-February, during which they lost nine games.
Since Sean Dyche took charge in Merseyside, his side have averaged a point per game.
They may have lost twice as many games as they have won (6) but it is worth noting all of those defeats have come against top -half sides.
The Toffees have more than held their own against sides in their region of the division, besting Leeds and Brentford, plus claiming notable draws at Stamford Bridge, the City Ground and Selhurst Park.
Combining an EVERTON WIN with JORDAN PICKFORD TO BE SHOWN A CARD provides some interest at tasty odds.
The thinking being if the visitors can get their noses in front, their shot stopper will pull out all the stops to ensure the three points return to Merseyside with him.
Pickford

Pickford has a bit of a reputation for gamesmanship, with a repertoire of time-wasting antics that have earned him five bookings this campaign, taking his career cards tally to 22.
His short fuse makes him prone to a head loss and he does not shy away from an altercation, all of which bodes well for his chances of a card on Monday.

Fully agree. He has very limited positive impact on games for me. Certainly offers absolutely zero attacking threat and doesn't seem to get on the end of set pieces either. Is he interested in looking cool and getting on side with the fans? I think he'd achieve that much quicker by putting himself about more and actually having a proper go on goal.

I’d be tempted to start Maupay up with DCL. Yes, we all know he’s cr@p and every time he plays you can produce a highlight reel of his misses, but he seems to get these opportunities and gets in those positions so by law of averages you’d think one has to go in sooner or later! At least when he plays we end up saying he SHOULD have scored there, as apposed to not looking like scoring in a brothel without him.
