If Moyes repeats the same thing next week I may commit suicide

It does sound like we can't blame Moyes. The injuries messed it up.

We'd nearly all been asking for 4-4-2 but look what it did.

I'm worried. First half sounded ok, just ok, but surely we can cope better if some injuries happen?!

Thinking again, a lot of squads have been able to mix and rotate their squads over the busy festive fixtures?! We havnt as much. Could that be a factor?

You can't really fully blame injuries when he starts Nev and Heits at CM, starts Saha and drops Barkley from the bench.

we got a freak of a goal howard stopped about 2 goals before they did score so it could have been or should have been 4-1
to bolton.

Neville will be talking sh.t all week now about the next game look the point is if you pay peanuts you get monkey's
we have alot of them at EFC at the moment.

I've slated Moyes all season and I think in fairness, injuries ruined things today. No Fellaini, no Drenthe, losing Jagielka just before half time, Osman coming off, Rodwell coming off again, so what, 4 injuries and there's most of a midfield gone.

I don't think we played well - of that there is no doubt, especially in the second half. But I think we'd have turned in a much better performance had none of the injuries happened. I don't think Moyes would've left both Strac and Saha on for 90 if he had the chance.

Biggest concern is now Moyes thinks 'I've tried that 442 thing and it diesn't work - back to what we know'

I don't think it really does with the personnel we have. Or rather the personnel we don't have!

There's nothing wrong with a 4-5-1 or my favourite, the 4-2-3-1, if you put the right players in the right positions.

I would have hoped after Ossie's performance 'in the hole' against Swansea we'd stick to that but sadly not. And now he's injured. Bugger.

Moyesy tried tonight, tried to play attacking football with what we have available, there's injuries all over the place.

We do miss a playmaker, a star player in the middle, they don't grow on trees.

Like a lot of people I want to see Barkley on, not every game or for 90 minutes, but on. He's not the player we need though, we need a 90 minute every game player who will break teams open.

And we can't afford one. Sucks.

I applauded the lineup somewhat, but seeing Nev/Heitinga again wasn't too convincing.

It's okay going 4-4-2 but you need something in midfield. Something constructive. Anyone can see that.

If Neville ever plays for us again ever at all even once f*cking ever I'm going to hunt him down and break his no doubt clean shaven legs.

But who exactly?

We played better than them until Osman went off and then zero creativity. It was so painful to watch Distin being not only our best defender but our fuking best attacker. He was the only one who actually ran at their defence.

Gueye could be good but he can't see beyond two yards at the moment and always has his back too goal. The game needed Barkley but for whatever reason (it can't just be defensive - he brought on Gueye) Moyes refuses to play him.

I think on our bench Moyes brought on the three best and complete players. I personally don't believe that team is better than mid-table and I think tonight it was the players that lost this game. It wasn't tactical shortcomings it was just a crap team. Think of that team that finished. Beyond Distin and Baines who actually deserves a place at Everton? Who played beyond a four out of ten in the second half?

Its horrible without Fellaini and even worse without Arteta, I believe like you that we need creativity in the centre (and that Nev should held at gunpoint to stop him entering Goodison) but we don't have the personnel and I think need a creative mid more than a striker, to open up both flanks rather than rely on Baines to craft his only way down the flank.

Whatever formation this is key - trying 442 with two defenders in the centre and a man on wing who is clearly far more effective central (ossie) is not really what the formation is supposed to be

The only decent football we've played for the last 2 years has been with Osman in the hole. He was our best player in 2011 by a mile. Yet for some reason Moyes does everything he can not to play him there. baffling.

We needed someone who can be creative in the middle, whether it be Osman, Barkley or at a push Bily. Instead we end up with Nev and Heitinga in a 4-2-2-2 formation. Is it a suprise we lost?

You know what I mean.

If that doesn't teach him the error of his ways what will?

In other news: Moyes out.

He is ruining Everton. He is not bigger than the club.

Sorry David my love for you has expired.

One of my big worries is that Fellaini, Baines, Rodwell, Barkley etc will be wanting out.

Is it Moyes' fault we were forced to make 3 subs, and then sub one of the subs off again? NO!

Is it his fault he has no money? NO!

All Evertonians have been saying "play 4-4-2, play 4-4-2" and now he has, and we lost, you are giving him stick.

Hmmm....
