I have an inkling it's the latter. Any form of investment into the club will require additional seats on the board, and it'll be at the expense of some already sitting.

I don’t trust the FAB mate.

They met Thelwell recently , they said he was honest yet wouldn’t provide one quote as to what he said.

The meetings with fans, a farce, non committal on their own feelings about the board.

They know it they resigned there would others to replace them quite easily.

Oh, I agree. Whether intentionally or not, they're a quasi-mouthpiece for the club, with a previously shown limited ability to delve deep and challenge the board.

It's all been very vague, and as you said they knew it was a comfy role with other able to replace. So, by posting this message what do they aim to achieve?

They've either went with the morally correct stance by stating what everyone else has wished knowing the consequences to them, or...

...they've spoked out knowing it'll be endorsed by the main man or others up there, and they will keep their positions by doing so. Is Bill the fall guy?

Astonishing that this token organisation, designed to bypass the need for real accountability, has blown up in the club’s face.

It’s untenable. I suspect we’ll get a statement soon enough to say he’s stepping aside.

The narcissist will want to make it seem like a magnanimous decision that we all ought to thank him for.

We are notorious for staff being made to sign them going back to the early days of Kenwright.
