it’s okay mate, i have felt the same many times this season and last - whatever happens you will be sound. Plus there are still a lot of game to play between now and the end of the season

You don’t have to take points from any one game when there are 14 to play.
I know in principal that’s true - but arsenal away and villa home are not comparable. Considering we rarely get anything away as well makes our home games even more important

. Also factors such as momentum, other teams winning same weekend etc means some games feel like they matter more. I feel today was one of those.

Losing one, no it doesn’t mean that at all.
We've got 21 points mate. We need to win about 40% of our remaining 14 games to stay up. We won't even win 30%. You can't throw away games like that and think you have chance of survival.

Shame, not Dyche's fault of course but having to be subjected to that today was horrible. We could have played all night, even after Villa had gone home, and still not put the ball in the net.

I agree we'll nick some away points, but ultimately it'll count for nothing, and we certainly won't go away and beat a top half team.

Win today would have had us a point off Forest and a couple of points off Palace. It was a real chance to reel a few teams in above us. We simply have to beat the teams in the bottom half at home. As it stands the only teams I think we are competing with now is Southampton, Leeds and Bournmouth. If we can get something at Forest in a few weeks I’d add them in as well. Think the rest will be fine.

Just One day when our result goes wrong, we could wish the other results on the same day will go right for us (Leeds and WH drawing would have helped)

we beat Arsenal only to then see wolves get unexpected big win v Liverpool. we Beat Leeds only to see Forest get point v City, saints win at chelsea and Bournemouth win at wolves, always like clockwork when it goes wrong for us, we are basically hoping for clean sheets while sneaking a 1-0 win

If someone said we would get 6 points from Arsenal(H), Leeds (H), Liverpool (A), and Villa (H) I think most would have been ok with it. Football is a funny thing, you can pick up points from random spots. We really need to win those matches against the teams anywhere near us tho.
