We're in the process of migrating to a new ad partner.

Please bear with, it'll take me a little while to fine tune placements/user permissions to get the ads as you expect/become used to.

[Update] After a 2 week trial, we binned the new ad partner and went back to the one we've used for 6 years. There has been no changes.

Just me that is getting a really annoying pop up ad at the bottom of the page? On laptop.

The one that bugs me most is the one at the top of the page. Page loads up, you skim and are just about to click then the ad loads and pushes the page down a bit so you click on the wrong link. This sort of thing happens a lot on really poor websites like the echo and so I don't visit them any more. But this is the GOT!

Hate to admit that I've engaged adblock temporarily til it's sorted just to preserve my sanity like. Hate myself for it but come on!

Yeah that top one on mobile seems to load last doesnt it and is a bit of a ball ache. Will sort.

No the bottom one stays fixed on the screen when you scroll and intrudes on the screen when you type.

The top one stays at the top and goes off screen when you scroll and loads a couple of seconds after the page loads as chrismpw was saying.

The in thread ad on the iPad is fixed between comments and is the least intrusive imo, however on an iPhone it is a fixed (parallax) ad.
