Villa game is huge now, win that and we're half way there.
If GP is rocking and we go high intensity and play for set pieces we can put real pressure on them.
They are good going forward but Arsenal scored 4 and couldve had 6 yesterday at Villa Park after hardly troubling us the week before.
Let's do a Newcastle and go on a proper run, might even get Dom and Yerry back for a couple to help keep the momentum going.

We need 12 chances to score 1 though, we could of been 2 up against arsenal at half time and the same against Leeds

Wait, what, really? I wish i thought like that. I'm not even remotely thinking it.
This is going to the wire.

….worth monitoring last season for comparison. We’re 2 points behind last seasons total at this stage, with Norwich and Watford detached. Much different situation with a few teams scrapping to avoid one relegation position as opposed to many in the mix for all three;

The Premier League show us as having 22 points from 23 last season

….good point. Regardless, it looks a more difficult situation than last season.

On a positive note, I’m sure we’ve got a better equipped Manager and coaches going into the final phase. On a negative note, we don’t have anybody near the quality of Richarlison in the top third of the pitch.
Good point mate. We need a few different guys to produce an unexpected bit of magic like yesterday rather than it come from a guy who is sort of capable of something special on a regular occasion like Richarlison.
It is also best for us if a couple of teams get cut adrift but at least seeing Bournemouth and Soton results will prevent any complacency that the job is done!!!!
Lots of teams in the mix helps too!!

Yes when watching the Villa game that Coutinho goal with the build up a dummy and then the finish. We have not got that in our locker. It is hard to see how we can rely on goals like yesterday and set pieces for the rest of the season. Need Dominic Calvert-Lewin fit for at least 10 games
We do have that, but ones injured and the other is benched. Both gray and Townsend are capable of doing that. (Coutinho doesn’t exactly do it regularly). But Dyche so far doesn’t seem to fancy Gray (I assume because of his defensive weakness)

Villa will be a tough tough game. I'm extremely happy it's at home at least

If we can snatch another win, provided Leicester and west ham lose today and wolves lose their next game, it heaps pressure onto more than just below us.

So as long as we keep winning and other teams around us are losing, we're all good?

If we do no worse than Southampton, Bournemouth and Leeds, for the remainder of the season, we are ok. It really is that simple now, we just have to match their points per game for the remaining 15 games. Will we do it? I'm not sure, but, we have to be in with a chance. I had been convinced since the Bournemouth week that our time was up and that we would be relegated by Easter. Now I think we have a decent chance of staying up, but, and it is a big but, our lack of a viable centre forward, in the absence of Calvert Lewin, may come back to haunt us yet.

Thanks 'Big Kev' you just keep doing bits, nothing urgent like lad.

It might be one of those strange quirks yesterday for Southampton and Bournemouth were a win for them might be a bad thing in the long run - because Southampton will be minded to keep their caretaker, and Bournemouth will now be disinclined to sack their manager. Who knows, they both might keep them up, but for example if we beat West Ham away, I fully believe our ridiculous board would still have Lampard in charge.
