No word about all the spit, urine and snot, that comes down on the away fans
at Analfield road end, the steward just shrugged when I showed him my ruined
coat.

Indeed. We have the following

Anfield: All time/All comps
P: 111
W: 25
L: 48
D: 38
Win %: 23%
Result %: 56%

Anfield: All time/League Only
P: 103
W: 24
L: 45
D: 35
Win%: 23%
Result %: 57%

All time/All comps (home/away/neutral)
P: 241
W: 67
L: 97
D: 77
Win %: 28%
Result %: 60% (59.7 rounded up)

So overall, just slightly better than looking at Anfield/Prem in isolation as I’d previously done. However our win % is shocking.
Thanks for that. Not that different but a bit better. Will get something tonight.;)

I did in a previous post. Over the course of the Prem, we have a 53% chance of coming away from Anfield with at least draw.
Just went through it myself , without realising you’d done it . Know I know our win rate is poor but given how bad we’ve been the last 30 years and they’ve been pretty much a perennial champions league side that rate of result isn’t as bad as many would imagine or as bad as it’s often felt .

Let’s see what we can do , apart from the 80’s the only time I ever really liked going there was with Joe’s dogs of war . Let’s see what dyche can give us .

Has anyone creative got the skills to do Derby Bingo, that would be a load of fun.

I'd also include stuff like
Commentator mentions that Pickford tackle
Sean Dyche's master class on the Liverpool tactics
Dyche has got Everton fighting, compact defensive...blah blah blah

3 wins there in 30 years, history shows you that no matter how we are doing or how they are doing, we will not win. More than likely lose.....

League Derbies
Premier League
Played 61
Everton 10 16%
Draw 25 41%
RS 26 43%

At Anfield
Premier League
Played 30
Everton 3 10%
Draw 12 40%
RS 15 50%

We wont win, be lucky to get a point.....

That is the pessimistic way to look at it.

I am an optimistic sort of fellow and what those stats tell me, quite surprisingly to be honest, is that we have taken at least one point on half our visits to The Pit in the last 30 awful years we have endured under Johnson, Bill and Moshiri.

I fully expect us to leave with at least one point tonight as well ;)

That stat shocked me, pleasantly so.

And it has also reinforced my belief we will get sommat tonight.

I've always thought that was a bit of a myth, but quite a few people have said it happens. Isn't it strange when you have cameras everywhere culprits aren't caught just like City's bus attackers.
