But the post said an obligation to buy IF Everton stay up. So EFC goes down how could that possibly suit Chelsea? They want to sell the player to recoup some of the funds they have spent. Loaning him to EFC and gambling that EFC will avoid relegation is not what Chelsea will be looking for
